Account Manager - Military Veterans

Qualifications
3-5 years of Account Manager experience, preferably in the commercial insurance industry.
Active California Property & Casualty License is required.
Some college-level coursework in business or math is preferred.
Proficiency in using EPIC and INDIO systems is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Service a Commercial Property & Casualty renewal book of business for existing clients.
Policy Administration: Prepare marketing submissions, proposals, binders, and Certificates of Insurance using our Agency Management System (EPIC) and INDIO.
Customer Support: Address client inquiries regarding policies, process account updates, and assist with premium collections.
Documentation & Organization: Maintain accurate and timely records, field phone calls, and support other administrative tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
A strong work ethic and close attention to detail.
Flexibility and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with EPIC and INDIO systems.
