Job Summary and Qualifications
Seeking an Occupational Medicine Sales Representative like you who provides expertise and to be a champion of patient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.
You will:
- Act as liaison for the client related to customer service matters to resolve any complaints or issues in the clinics or with the services the client is receiving.
- Inform clients of changes in services, pricing, regulations or procedures
- Pursue occupational services revenue via direct sales to companies by mailing marketing materials, telephone soliciting, cold calling in person and appointment setting with key personnel.
- Report all sales activity, new accounts, commissions, clinic volume, clinic revenue and other various reports to sales manager
- Schedule and conduct tours of the clinics with existing and potential clients to facilitate an employer / provider relationship
- Complete and submit bids, proposals and pricing agreements as required for territory accounts.
- Establish and implement the client’s unique protocol via the preference card for the purpose of correctly processing the client’s employees through the clinics

You Should Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field is required
- Sales experience is required - Healthcare or Medical Service Sales experience is highly preferred
- 2+ years of experience of medical setting or medical services setting is preferred
- Must possess excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Appointment setting and closing skills are necessary
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
- Salesforce.com experience is highly preferred
- Must hold a valid U.S. Driver’s license and ability to travel within Dallas Fort Worth, East and South of Dallas areas.
