Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:


$20/hr.+ (Based on experience)

What’s a typical day as a Seasonal Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:


• Performing basic data entry onto client profiles and managing client documents, reporting to the Office Manager.


• Opening envelopes, scanning tax papers into our digital filing system, and creating labels for efficient organization.


• Handling phone calls, including answering questions, transferring calls to other employees, and addressing basic scripted issues.





This job might be an outstanding fit if you:


• Have experience with client management software, preferably Canopy, or similar CRM systems.


• Are available to work 50-60 hours per week; 9-5 now through the end of January. You will begin longer hours the first week of February: 8-6pm (M-F), staff are asked to work 8am-8pm two days a week of their choosing, and will begin Saturday hours: 9-3pm (Great Opportunity for OT)


• Possess basic office skills, including proficiency in Word documents, and are comfortable with tasks like stuffing envelopes and using postal websites.
