Full time-Direct hire Day Shift Production Supervisor is needed for a client 45/50 mins southwest of downtown Louisville, KY. Candidate must have prior leadership experience, have a focus on relationship buliding, must have metals manufacturing experience(prefer Steel), candidate must put safety first and a "can do" attitude. Client is offering a total compensation package in the six figures + profit sharing, return on assest bonuses, production based bonuses, 401 K, full benefits, tution assistance, relocation assistance and a supreme work culture.

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

standing for 4 hours at one time

working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week

working weekends 


qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Education: High School (required)

Production (2 years of experience is preferred)

Metals Industry (3 years of experience is required)

Steel Industry (3 years of experience is preferred)

Team Lead (3 years of experience is preferred)

Production Supervisor (3 years of experience is required)
