- Level 1: Estimated hourly base pay: $23.66 (minimum) - $29.57 (midpoint) - $35.48 (maximum) Plus, shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

What You Will Be Doing
- Performing mechanical assembly work ensuring quality metrics for the customer and company are being met.
- Conducting testing and calibration processes on parts, with a keen understanding of pressure, flow, leaks, tolerances, and yield.
- Following detailed work instructions and build procedures
- Assembling, installing, aligning and adjusting subassemblies and parts or auxiliary equipment using appropriate tools and equipment
- Working with close tolerances and fits to meet engineering and operating requirements
What We Are Looking For
Level 1 Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude is required
- Experience in a manufacturing industry performing assembly and/or testing on similar components is highly desired
- Moderate physical activity requiring agility and dexterity, including walking, standing, or bending; and lifting or moving objects.
- Work is performed in area with moderate risk or discomfort that may require special safety precautions, such as wearing protective clothing or gear.
- May be required to pass Near Vision and/or Color Vision examinations.
- Internal applicants: must have CI Tier 1 Certification.
- External applicants: ability to achieve CI Tier Certificate within 1 year is required
- Internal applicants: 4 years of experience as an Operations technician at Woodward is preferred
