What we’re seeking:
The Senior Manager of Training Delivery is responsible for overseeing the implementation and execution of training programs within the organization. This role involves managing a team of training professionals, collaborating with other departments to identify training needs, and ensuring that training initiatives align with organizational goals. The Senior Manager will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements. In this hybrid role, you will have a defined work location HUB which includes work from home and assigned days in the office set by your manager. The HUB for this role will be either in Dallas, TX or Tampa, FL.

What you’ll do:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of training managers, facilitators, and instructional designers
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the training delivery team
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and development opportunities
- Training Program Delivery:
- Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and delivery of training programs across various functions
- Ensure that training programs are delivered effectively and meet the needs of participants
- Monitor and maintain training delivery standards to ensure consistency and quality
- Needs Assessment and Program Development:
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to identify training needs and gaps
- Work with instructional designers to develop and update training content and materials
- Customize training programs to address specific organizational or departmental needs
- Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:
- Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs
- Analyze feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Continuously improve training programs and delivery methods based on evaluation results
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage the budget for training delivery, including staffing, materials, and external resources
- Optimize the use of resources to ensure cost-effective training solutions
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support training initiatives
- Communicate training objectives, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and other stakeholders
- Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure that training programs comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development

- Salary Range: $84,000 to $135,000

What background you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in training and development, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team of training professionals
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve training effectiveness
- Proficiency in training management software and tools
Additional Skills:
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to influence and drive change within the organization
- Experience with virtual and in-person training delivery methods
