Primary ResponsibilitiesWe’re looking for Class A CDL Drivers for local shuttle and delivery routes to service our customers.
Drivers operate powered tractor trailer combinations over local, inter and intra state roads and highways in a safe and efficient manner in order to deliver/transport products to customers. Drivers may also return freight pick up from vendors to KeHE facilities (back haul). Job tasks include performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections on trucks and equipment, securing loads in between deliveries using load bars, straps and bulkheads; unloading products onto docks and transporting to customer storage using hand trucks or pallet jacks.
Work Hours: The work schedule will be Saturday 9:00pm start time; Mon-Wed morning.
Total of 4 day work week.
Essential FunctionsKeHE has a strong employee culture, offering competitive pay with excellent health benefits starting DAY 1. We hire to retire with our ESOP and you are fully vested after 3 years!! Our drivers work independently, provide superior customer service, and are home daily!
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude- Prior route delivery experience is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year (12 full months of current/consecutive) CDL Class A experience.
- Must be able to carry, lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.
