About the Role:
The Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Senior Manager will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of Industrial Automation SBG of Honeywell by identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisition and exit opportunities. This role requires a thorough understanding of the M&A process, financial acumen to understand and diligence carve out financials, and excellent transaction origination skills. The M&A Senior Manager will work closely with senior leadership and other key stakeholders to drive growth and maximize value through strategic transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential strategic acquisition targets and support the buildout of a pipeline of opportunities
Conduct thorough financial analyses, due diligence, and valuation assessments on buy side as well as sell side transactions.
Develop and present comprehensive business cases for potential transactions to senior leadership.
Coordinate and manage all aspects of the M&A process, including deal structuring, due diligence, and integration / carve out planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transaction process.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
You Must Have:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate development, or a big 4 accounting firm.
Strong financial modeling, financial diligence, and analytical skills.
Proven track record of successfully executing complex transactions (full life cycle).
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
