BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Program Management Manager on the Call Center Desktop Apps team, you’ll establish project management standards and oversee Project Management staff. You’ll drive strategic development and implementation of projects from original concept through final implementation to meet strategic company and departmental initiatives.
WHAT OUR PROGRAM MANAGEMENT MANAGERS ENJOY MOST
- Working with leadership to create roadmaps and coordinate development and implementation of multiple initiatives
- Tracking project statuses, adjusting team member assignments and resource allocations to ensure delivery of projects on time and on budget
- Conducting performance reviews and monitoring continuous improvement plans
- Coaching and counseling employees while planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Ensuring alignment between project objectives and technical/operational solutions
- Guiding and reinforcing project management best practices including compliance with department policies, procedures, and practices

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Project Management: 5 years or more
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- Skills: Proficient with PC and software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and software development lifecycle tools and processes (Agile, Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Ownership, Jira, etc.)
- Abilities: Prioritize, organize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously; excellent written and verbal communication skills; translate and synthesize data into a compelling narrative; supervise and motivate others
- Working conditions: Office environment; flexibility to work extended hours; 10 – 15% travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: Management or leadership
- Education: Project management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
