The National Clinician Consultation Center is recruiting a Project Manager for its new reproductive health clinical peer education service and related capacity-building activities. The Project Manager will assist in the planning, implementation, and coordination of this new program. The incumbent will be part of a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and administrative staff and will work under the general supervision of the Project Principal Investigator. The incumbent will perform administrative tasks and evaluation activities related to the coordination and oversight of NCCC's reproductive health projects and related activities to ensure timely and effective project development and completion. Primary responsibilities include: Manage project planning and implementation, including assessing needs, setting goals and objectives. Establish and maintain project work plans and calendar of schedules; monitor, review, and evaluate progress; support timely development and submission of project progress reports. Coordinate and attend meetings, establish and maintain internal and external contacts as necessary. Serve as a liaison and interface with other programs, funders and external stakeholders. Coordinate and support project evaluation and research activities to help determine project outcomes and impact; inform development of future funding applications as well as scientific and public dissemination of project findings. Coordinate hiring and onboarding processes for clinical staff and administrative staff. Manage reproductive health advisory board including scheduling quarterly meetings, communications, agenda development, presentation materials and notes. This individual should be highly organized, capable of working independently and possess excellent communication skills. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $116,700 (Annual Rate).
