The Manager, Card Services will manage the day-to-day activities of the Travel and Procurement Card staff, ensures prompt and timely reconciliation and reimbursement, develop and provide informative departmental training and monitor transactions, facilitate monthly trainings for travel and procurement card programs, and prepare monthly reports of outstanding expenses all to ensure compliance with University, Federal, State and TAMUS Guidelines and PVAMU procedures.
