A Construction Supervisor is needed for a utility holding company in the Shakopee, MN area. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring scope, cost, and quality targets are met, providing leadership to project teams, maintaining stakeholder communication, and overseeing change management and documentation.

salary: $40.24 - 56.34 per hour

work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from definition through implementation.


• Accountable for meeting project scope, cost, schedule, and quality goals.


• Develop project plan and drive project milestones to ensure timely progress.


• Establish and maintain an effective communication plan with the project team and key stakeholders.


• Provide day-to-day direction to project resources.


• Ensure project teams have the necessary resources and support to achieve objectives.


• Oversee change management throughout the project's duration.


• Prepare project documentation and status reports.
