Job Summary:

HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood is seeking to recruit a neuro focused NP for employment to a busy neuroendovascular surgeon based in the north Houston suburb community of Kingwood.

Qualified Candidates:

  • Acute care NP training and experience with neurology or neurosurgery is strongly preferred.

  • Must be able to obtain or maintain an active Texas medical license.

  • Ability to communicate neuro-interventional plans with primary team.

  • Maintenance of NIHSS certification.

About the Opportunity/Hospital:

  • Hours are roughly 8 am - 4 pm, Monday - Friday, but some days may start earlier, or end later.

  • Duties include rounding on inpatient neuro-interventional patients as a consult service, evaluating patients before and after procedures.

  • Half day of clinic per week.
