Production Supervisor (Night Shift) - Military Veterans

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervisor plant employees
• Coordinate with all other departments
• Prepare and write Operating procedures
• Knowledge of Equipment and processes
• Meet production goals
• Understand specification and how it relates to machine setup and product.

• Ability to read pressure gauges
• Ability to work overtime and shift work as required
• Standing up to 12 hours daily
• Walking up to 12 hours daily
• Ability to read labels on pipe along with specs on paper
• Bending/Stooping/Sitting up to 12 hours daily
• Repetitive Movement up to 12 hours daily
• Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Regularly
• Good vision required for safe operation of forklift
• Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily
• Assist where and when needed as required
• Utilize recommended safe work habits and make use of all safety equipment provided
• Assist with OJT (On Job Training) employees as needed
• Travel less than 10%

• Good communication skills

• Thoroughness

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Preferred ability to read, write and speak English

• Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
