THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Senior Manager, Workforce Management & Payroll Technology, you will be passionate about the professional development of a high performing team and executing on a long-term vision for Chipotle's labor scheduling, time & attendance, and payroll technologies. You will serve in a key leadership role within the Digital Employee Experience organization and will design, develop, and support our use of the UKG Kronos Cloud platform and the ecosystem around it, including Workday HCM and ADP Global. In this role, you will provide day-to-day support and implement new capabilities. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, innovative, and possess a track record of transformation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide technical and functional support to the HR/Payroll business teams while maintaining close working relationships to understand business objectives, anticipate demand, and rapidly respond with working solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis between application functionality and business requirements and recommend solutions. Other areas include Cybersecurity, SOX, Compliance.
- Strong Vendor Management to define and create stability, functional patterns for reuse and ensuring long-term maintainability.
- Provide quality assurance leadership and conduct thorough regression testing for all owned patches, upgrades and release cycles.
- Support systems issues by meticulously investigating problems and crafting detailed suggestions for root cause resolution.
- Lead and guide the team to achieve seamless communication and consistently deliver quality work.
- Lead the development of strategies, technology blueprints, logical designs, and perspectives for the workforce management domain- including core infrastructure, platform, solution, and digital experiences.
- Provide holistic technology thought leadership through active product and program engagement.
- Assist in developing project and funding proposals against a 1-3yr strategy based on environmental analysis, opportunity identification, value, and risk.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in MIS or Computer Science, or an equivalent in education and experience preferred.
- 10+ years of work experience in HRIS and/or Labor Scheduling & Time technology concepts, practices and processes such as POS operations, POS menu design, food cost and inventory, cash management, time and attendance, above store reporting.
- 5 - 8 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience configuring approval workflows and working across global payroll interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with WFM/HCM Cloud Tools.
- Possesses a strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile Methodologies, coupled with adept project management skills. Experience working in a global delivery model.
PAY TRANSPARENCY
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $126,000.00-$186,000.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
