This role offers day and night shifts, with occasional weekend work, allowing for a balanced and engaging work schedule.

Your responsibilities will revolve around leading a team of anywhere from 5-10 members, overseeing daily operations, fostering team development, and driving continuous improvement through Kaizen methodologies. Your ability to respond to equipment failures, implement preventive maintenance strategies, and contribute to the achievement of targets will be key to your success.
