Industrial Maintenance Technician - Military Veterans

In this role as a Preventative Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the optimal performance of material handling equipment.
- A candidate should showcase expertise in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, including motors, photo eyes, limit switches, 220VAC, 24DC circuits, and 3-phase motors
- Experience with conveyor systems will set candidates apart
- Demonstrate aptitude for working through complex electrical circuits and the ability to work independently
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential
These skills align most closely with aviation technicians, ground turbine electricians, and power production. However this is not all encompassing as anyone with a solid skillset with relevant electrical troubleshooting and a solid mechanical understanding could be a fit. Experience with conveyors will elevate you as a candidate. Base salary, $50 - $70K, 100% health coverage, with a family plan available. You receive company shares after you are vested in one year. They offer a 401k with matching up to 4%.
Employees are provided with a service van and gas card and enjoy a Monday through Friday work schedule with a once-per-month week-long on-call period. During the on-call period, employees are available from Monday to Monday; if called in, any work over 8 hours in a day or any time on weekends is compensated as overtime. The company offers a lucrative monthly bonus program that can provide up to $10 - $30K a year based on company performance, rewarding employees for their contributions to the company's success. Travel is rare and voluntary, except for occasional certification trips, with all expenses covered.
