We are looking for a talented Electrical Qualification Agent Supervisor to join our team specializing in Service for our Distribution Business Segment in Indianapolis, IN.


In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:



  • Supervises the technical support team. Handles complex escalated and unresolved support issues. Trains technical support specialists.

  • Provides day-to-day supervision of the technical support team; responsible for the daily operations.

  • Supervises, trains, sets individual expectations to meet department measures, and monitors and provides regular feedback to direct reports.

  • Reviews reports and analysis for operational improvements.

  • Resolves escalation of complex support requests.

  • Works with the technical support manager on identifying process improvements and departmental capability.

  • Provides customer follow up to ensure customer needs are met.

  • Engages with the distribution channel and cross functionally to build collaborative relations.

  • Recruits, staffs and schedules team members.

  • Leads projects or provides resources to support process improvement projects.

  • Mentors and coaches technicians in the region to improve capability.

Education, Licenses, Certifications



  • Demonstrated role competence is required. College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline is preferred

  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.


Experience



  • Intermediate level of relevant work experience required; prior experience in a technical role is preferred. Team leadership experience is also preferred.

  • Team build, supervise, and manage a group of electrical qualification (QA) agents located throughout CSSNA.

  • Scheduling of QA jobsite visits, work schedules, and future planning.

  • Coordination with branches and/or customers to facilitate pre/ongoing/and post jobsite visits to ensure required inspections have been completed.

  • Maintenance and record keeping of site visit checklists by the qualification agent. Maintenance of dashboard outlining progress and any KPI's.

  • Record keeping that the correct electrical permits have been requested by the QA for Federal, State, City, or Municipality and that those are filed accordingly.

  • Monitor the status of open jobs with the QA’s, address issues that impact completion of the project, and final reviews.

  • Maintain superior customer satisfaction with both internal and external customers.

  • Monitor, maintenance, and record keeping of required QA training, QA electrical license expiration, or training cards for technicians (where required)

  • Maintain a working relationship with any Federal, State, or local agencies (where required)

  • Coaching, feedback, and performance reviews of QA’s performance and opportunities for professional growth.

  • Work with electrical safety specialist to help coordinate meetings and maximize safety throughout the area of responsibility.

  • Attend meetings as required, both virtual and in-person.

  • Other duties as assigned or required for the position.

  • Jobsite visits where applicable.

  • Travel up to 25%


Compensation and Benefits


Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.


Base salary range: $86,400 –$129,600


Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
