Field Service Technician - Military Veterans

Our client is the leader in the manufacturing of automatic lens edging machines, and they are looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the role of a Field Service Technician.
Reporting to the Technical Department Manager, the Field Service Technician will:
- Perform machine installations and preventive maintenance at client facilities
- Identify, troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve equipment issues
- Provide machine training and demo to customers
- Travel extensively (90%) across the USA, Canada and Mexico, and Europe for training purposes, the remaining time will be spent in the office performing remote support to customers
- Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to service management principles
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions if required
Base salary, $70 - $80K, plus overtime. Medical, dental, and vision coverage for the employee (not dependents) is fully covered by the company. They offer a 401k with matching up to 4%, and an annual bonus.
