Base Access Information

Access to this event is subject to the entry requirements of Fort Eustis. Most installations require a valid military ID or CAC. Some locations may allow visitor passes through a visitor control center; requirements vary and can change at any time.

RecruitMilitary does not sponsor access. Attendees are responsible for meeting installation requirements and should review the installation’s official access website in advance. Expect 100% ID checks and possible entry delays.

All installations reserve the right to deny access. RecruitMilitary cannot grant or override access permissions.

For the most part, you will share your RecruitMilitary profile via QR code that is accessible in your RecruitMilitary account. As mentioned above, make sure to complete your RecruitMilitary profile by filling in all possible fields and uploading your resume. If you do not have a resume, our system can help you build one to share with exhibitors at the event.

Please note: many government agencies are required to collect paper resumes. We recommend bringing a couple of physical resumes, just in case!
