Base Access Information

Job Seekers are responsible for obtaining their own access onto Fort Cavazos. RecruitMilitary does not sponsor Job Seeker access.

For any job seeker who does NOT have an active military ID or CAC, you MUST request a base pass at the Marvin Leath Visitors Center located just off Interstate 14 (U.S. Hwy. 190) on T.J Mills Blvd Building 69012, adjacent to Fort Cavazos Main Gate.

The Visitor Center provides visitor access passes for non-DoD ID card holders. You can always get more information by calling the Marvin Leath visitor center at (254) 287-9909.

For the most part, you will share your RecruitMilitary profile via QR code that is accessible in your RecruitMilitary account. As mentioned above, make sure to complete your RecruitMilitary profile by filling in all possible fields and uploading your resume. If you do not have a resume, our system can help you build one to share with exhibitors at the event.

Please note: many government agencies are required to collect paper resumes. We recommend bringing a couple of physical resumes, just in case!
